The first step in meeting with us is to call our office at (503) 241-8203. Either I or one of my staff will speak with you regarding whether your situation appears to be one we can address. If you agree and want to discuss your case in detail, we'll then schedule an appointment for an office consultation. We charge a fee for office consultations, and we will discuss that with you before you make any appointment.
An initial consultation generally will last for an hour or so. You should bring all documents in your possession that are related to your legal concern to the initial consultation. What documentation is necessary or available often depends on the case, and we will discuss this with you before the initial consultation.
